The goal of meditation is to reach a state of serenity, when your mind is still and perfectly calm. To achieve this
state of peace and calmness we dont need to go very far as nature is our provider, with many images of
To meditate you have to find that quiet place within yourself and feel the calm take over. I imagine the cool water
of a lake and the setting of the moon and a new dawn rising. These images bring me a sense of peace. This is my
depiction of my Serenity.
